A Bit About Me

I am Kimberly Grace — Reiki Master healer and teacher with over eight years of experience supporting clients through gentle, holistic healing sessions. My work is complemented by aromatherapy, herbalism, sound healing and intuitive guidance, creating a nurturing and restorative space for deep relaxation and emotional support.
 

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Sessions are deeply relaxing and work to calm the nervous system, helping shift the body out of stress mode and into a state of rest and restoration where healing can occur more easily.
 

Clients can expect to experience a sense of warmth, calm, emotional release or deep relaxation during a session, leaving feeling more grounded, centred and at ease. Reiki can support stress reduction, emotional wellbeing and overall balance, making it a supportive complementary therapy alongside other healthcare treatments.
 

My work is guided by a deep respect for the body’s natural wisdom and the transformative potential of feeling truly supported. I bring compassion, empathy and presence to each session, creating a safe space for clients to reconnect with themselves on an emotional, mental and physical level. I aim to help clients release what is holding them back and rediscover a sense of calm, clarity and wellbeing.
