Booking Notes:
You do not need a referral to see any of our practitioners, however please take note of the following:

In order to have your EPC/CDM plan bulk billed (for Podiatry & Chiropractic), we must receive your G.P's referral prior to your appointment.

Podiatry appointments: for foot pain of a biomechanical nature or orthotic prescription, an assessment and referral is required from the Chiropractor at House of Health. Please book your initial appointment with Chiropractic first.
