A Bit About Me
is a Clinical Naturopath passionate about helping people achieve their best version of themselves. A combination of traditional medicine and current scientific research, naturopathy is based on the understanding that the body has the inherent ability to heal itself, given the right conditions.
Supporting women through every stage of life from pre-teen through to menopause is her main focus, however, very much prescribes to a 'come as you are' philosophy and welcomes clients of any gender or identity.

A passionate herbalist, loves to create individualised herbal blends to support your health journey, and her calm and empathetic manner forms part of your healing journey.

Initial consultation (60 mins) - $190 - in person or telehealth
The initial consultation is a deep dive into your presenting symptoms, body systems, medical history and diet & lifestyle. I will review blood tests and request additional blood or functional testing if required.
You will receive a prescription for supplements and an individual herbal blend if required, and your treatment plan will be emailed to you.
A follow up appointment will be booked to check in with progress and to review recent testing, and future appointments can be made for ongoing or multiple issues.

Return consultation (30 mins) - $105 - in person or telehealth
We will review your progress and adjust your treatment plan if required.

Extended return consultation (45 mins) - $135 - in person or telehealth
Progress review and explore additional health concerns.
